Rental Criteria

A rental application is required.

The following factors are considered for approval:

1. Complete Application - incomplete or falsified applications will be denied.

2. Positive Prior Rental History-please provide names and phone numbers for 2 previous landlords.

3. Holding Deposit - all rentals are on a first-approved basis and are secured by a holding deposit.

Please note that we also consider eviction record, arrest record, employment, and rental verification of applicant to determine eligibility. If your application is declined, we will notify you as to why we were unable to accept.
